One of the most modern and largest metal production facilities in Russia. The smelter is part of the Boguchany Energy and Metals Complex (BEMO), a unique project jointly implemented by UC RUSAL and RusHydro.
BEMO smelter can produce up to 600 000 tons of aluminium per year. Its production area is made up of two potlines, annual capacity of the first potline is 298 000 tons.
The production equipment that will be installed at the Boguchany Aluminium Smelter meets the strictest international environmental requirements and is certified for conformance to the ISO 14001 international environmental management standard.
Engineer One has implemented the Power Management System for the Boguchany Aluminium Smelter.
