Apatit, Europe’s biggest producer of phosphate-based fertilizers and of phosphoric and sulphuric acids, expands energy infrastructure to support new production facility in Cherepovets, Vologda region and a raw materials warehouse of ammonium sulfate. To make this possible Engineer One has completed the construction of transformer and distribution substations.
As an EPC contractor for the project Engineer One has designed the technical solution and carried out delivery of equipment, installation and commissioning works. To connect the substations the company had built a 350-meter-long cable bridge.
The new transformer and distribution substations will ensure the stable and safe electricity supply for the new production of ammonium sulfate.
