Condensate recovery system upgrade project for Gazpromneft – Lubricants has been completed

Condensate recovery system upgrade for downstream refinery 36/1 at Gazprom Omsk facility will decrease total steam consumption by 9.7%.

Gazpromneft Lubricants Ltd. is a subsidiary of Gazprom Neft for production of lubricants, greases and specialty fluids with total output over 500 kTones a year and 15% of the Russian lubricants market. The company consistently renovates production facilities and energy infrastructure for sustainable growth and ensuring cost efficiency. Condensate recovery system of downstream refinery upgrade was committed to Engineer One.

As an EPC contractor Engineer One has designed the technical solution, carried feasibility study, manufactured pre-engineered condensate units and carried out equipment installation and commissioning.

With the system upgrade we have managed to eliminate steam loss through condensate recovery system and succeeded in cutting total energy consumption.
